Specialising in quality English and Continental seafood, Crystal Waters Traditional Smokehouse boasts five smokehouses on site, preparing a range of superb fish and seafood including kippers, haddock, hot-roast salmon, monkfish and prawns.
The family-run business is headed by Linda Eastwood and her three sons Daniel, Simon and Matthew, all experienced fishmongers.
They are well-known stockists for numerous stalls in Suffolk and Essex, including Southwold, Hadleigh, Saffron Walden, Halstead, Newmarket, Manningtree, Halesworth, Bungay and The Suffolk Food Hall in Wherstead, Near Ipswich. Top restaurateurs and cookery schools also look to the Eastwoods for fish and seafood, not least because their traditional smoking methods bring out the very best flavours of their wares. A take-home service provides customers with leak-proof insulated cool boxes packed with ice.
Part of this outstanding complex, 'The Blue Marlin IIII', (Pictured Left) has what is probably the largest selection (around 40ft) of wet and exotic fish and shellfish in the region: Cromer crab, lobster, tiger prawns, red snapper, red mullet, tuna, swordfish, parrot fish, grouper, shark, sardines, squid and king scallops to name but a few....
