
Baked Salmon with White Wine & Sherry
Ingredients
Serves 6
6 x 110g (4 oz) Fresh Salmon, cut into thick steaks
Salt & Pepper
4 fl oz (125ml) Dry Sherry
4 fl oz (125ml) White Wine
1 Clove Garlic, Chopped (optional)
2 fl oz (55ml) Olive Oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Perperation and Cooking
1. Place Salmon Steaks in baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.2. Combine remaing ingredients, pur over the fish.
3. Bake until tender, approx 20 mins - 30 mins, in hot oven 400 oF / 200 oC / gas mark 6. Serve immediately & Enjoy....
